Rental Bridge Program

Description

The Rental Bridge Program is a rental assistance program for resource challenged and employed households who work in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina.  Through our rental assistance, we help people working in either Huntersville, Cornelius or Davidson, NC attain affordable rent so they can live in the communities where they work.  The Rental Bridge Program is not an emergency housing or government voucher program.   Participants agree to engage in a series of financial coaching sessions and may receive other services to enrich their wellbeing. The Rental Bridge Program is a one-year program with a second-year option.
